La Moustache is easily one of my favorite spots in Luxembourg, mostly because of the people. They actually care. I still remember them during Covid—when everything was closing down and felt cold, they stayed friendly and present. Grabbing a takeaway from them wasn't just about the food; it was the highlight of the day because they actually treated you like a person.
The food is solid, too. I had a burger and it was exactly what a burger should be. Soft bun, juicy meat, and a homemade sauce that actually has flavor. It doesn't feel like a mass-produced meal; you can tell they put effort into it. The homemade fries are great too—crispy, golden, and they don't stingy on the portions.
The vibe is laid-back and a bit quirky, which I love. It’s perfect for a quick lunch or a casual dinner without any of the usual stiffness you find in the city. The staff are always smiling and down-to-earth. It’s just a good place run by good people, and I’m always happy to go back.
